Hey, I think you're right about the pull off on the intro+chorus riff sounding like a Bb if tuned down semi-tone. It definitely sounds like an open string to me too.

I think it would be best to bump up the whole tab by one fret, but don't need to drop. The lowest chord is Eb

I agree with you, I've also heard that some guitarists prefer to leave out the 13th fret on the A string for a more fun and unique sound during live performances. It definitely adds an interesting twist to their playing style.

Hey, I just wanted to say that your tab looks great and it's been a blast playing along with the song. One thing though, have you noticed that 'Shock Shock' has some Db chords in there? It might be worth checking out if Simon is using any half-step down tuning for this album.
