Good tab! I actually think it sounds better without the capo. I know Ben Folds plays it in with an F as his first chord but I like the way it sounds a half-step down.
The "things I really cared about" portion doesn't sound quite right to me. I play it with a finger on the first fret of the G string, rather than the fourth. Makes it more like a straight C#m chord (Dm if you're playing with capo).
