Right after she sings the "wohhh" intro, you play once the D#7 chord and let it fade
while the bass and drums are playing alone.
Then there´s distorsion on the bass, and it makes the rythm, while the guitar plays
little notes in the back (the guitar is clean for these notes) :
Listen carefully to the bass rhythm, because you are going to use the same rhythm right
after.
